How to redeem a voucher?

Vouchers can be redeemed while booking a scheduled summer/taxibob ride on our website.
1. Click on Book Tickets and select the desired date and number of persons
2. Enter voucher number
3. Confirm your booking and pay any additional fees

Are vouchers transferable to someone else?

Yes, vouchers are transferable.

What does it mean if a voucher shows as not activated?

The voucher was not activated by the retailer, please contact them directly.
